Astucci in cartone rivestito di paglia policroma, pezzi da maestro, manifattura carceraria. Francia fine sec. XVIII e Italia sec. XIX (nel particolare). Furono i Padri Cappuccini a insegnare questo tipo di tecnica, descritta anche  nel testo “L’oro dei poveri ” . La paglia nell’arredo liturgico e nelle immagini devozionali dell’Italia centrale fra il 1670 e il 1870.
